About The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will work alongside an experienced Associate Director and play a key role in identifying, engaging and assessing candidates – taking ownership of the candidate relationship lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Working in closely with an Associate Director to support our clients with retained search.
- Building and maintaining talent pools and proactively managing candidate relationships.
- Conduct market mapping for each role - detailing key market data, insights and trends to inform the decision-making process.
- Approaching potential candidates via a range of channels to establish motivation, interest and fit.
- Preparation of client and candidate reports.

About You
For this role we’re seeking an individual driven to deliver results for our clients, with a solutions-focused mindset and curiosity to try new things. In addition, you will have;
- Previous experience within recruitment.
- Strong understanding of candidate attraction and search techniques.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to converse with a range of different stakeholders – from middle management through to executive leaders.
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
