The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of five, the Participant Operations Manager will:
  • As part of the senior leadership team, form and deliver Minimbah’s business goals, ensuring operational excellence in quality and compliance
  • Lead and manage the delivery of disability support services for participants within an environment of opportunity and innovation to promote participant well-being, dignity and safety
  • Nurture a culture of continuous improvement to positively impact the lives of the people Minimbah supports and interacts
  • Lead and develop a team of Support Managers and support workers to deliver Minimbah’s mission, fostering an active person-centred team culture for participants and learning and development support for workers.
  • Uphold and promote Minimbah’s values, directly engaging with participants, families and external stakeholders.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven people management experience
  • Proven track record in operational management of a client services-based business
  • Grounded experience within disability sector, comprehensive understanding of NDIS regulations, and quality standards
  • A NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Proven experience with quality/risk management and reporting
  • Unequivocal empathy for persons with disability and their families
