The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager - Client Experience, as the Head of Marketing you will:
  • Develop and deliver a client- centred inclusive marketing strategy;
  • Lead and mentor a team of six to engage both clients and holistically across CPA;
  • Leveraging digital and other channels to assist in increased effectiveness of strategies;
  • Drive increased understanding of the client journey to support data-driven decision-making;
  • Translate market evidence into actionable strategic advice and campaigns; and
  • Leverage data and analytics to enhance client acquisition and retention.  
About You
For this appointment, you will be an experienced Head of Marketing with the following skills:
  • Proven people leadership expertise;
  • Strong generalist marketing complemented with digital marketing and customer experience;
  • Excellent strategic marketing skills; able to translate strategy into actionable campaigns;
  • Proven ability leveraging data to support data-driven recommendations and decision-making;
  • Strong innovative and creative solutions thinker with the ability to simplify the complex;
  • Client experience journey mapping ability with a continuous improvement focus;
  • Persuasive communications and stakeholder management capability; and
  • Superior financial and business acumen with risk and compliance knowledge.
