The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join us as State Manager, Supported Living and Accommodation (VIC). In this senior leadership role, you will shape and lead the delivery of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and specialised accommodation services across Victoria.
You will:
- Develop and execute the vision for growth and innovation in SIL and accommodation
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with NDIS standards
- Oversee operational performance, financial sustainability, and workforce capability
- Strengthen partnerships with families, guardians, clinicians, and external providers
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- Collaborate across internal teams including clinical, rostering, and service operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance frameworks
- Represent the organisation in sector forums and government liaison
About you
You are a senior leader with deep experience in disability or healthcare services, ideally with exposure to Supported Independent Living (SIL) or complex accommodation environments.
You bring:
- Minimum 5 years in a senior management role within disability or residential care
- Expertise in NDIS service delivery models and compliance frameworks
- Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
- High-level financial, strategic, and operational capability
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to person-centred practice and inclusive leadership
