The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading a team of three, as the Executive Manager, Client Experience, Marketing & Communications you will:
- Develop and deliver a customer-centric marketing strategy;
- Drive increased understanding of the client experience to support organisation-wide goals of continuous improvement;
- Translate market evidence into strong brand campaigns based on the EVP;
- Leverage digital and other channels to increase effectiveness of marketing strategies including brand recognition and reputation;
- Build marketing and communication capability to partner with business to drive business growth and sustainability; and
- Be a key contributor to the ELT delivering on organisational priorities.
For this appointment, you will be an experienced senior marketing professional with the following skills:
- Proven people management and cross functional team leadership expertise;
- Strong strategic marketing skills; ability to translate strategy into actionable campaigns across social media and public relations platforms with measurable outcomes;
- Superior generalist marketing ability with a flair for customer experience and brand development and implementation;
- Experience using internal communications channels to complement social media campaigns;
- Proven ability leveraging data to support data-driven recommendations and decision-making;
- Strong innovative and solutions thinker with a continuous improvement focus;
- Excellent communications, negotiation and stakeholder management capability;
- Demonstrable EQ and senior executive gravitas; and
- Experience in a NFP or related organisation with similar customer-centric journeys in a complex operating environment desirable.
