The organisation
FP Ability brings together two leading specialist meal delivery businesses—Able Foods and Tender Loving Cuisine (TLC)—backed by For Purpose Investment Partners (FPIP), one of Australia’s most respected impact investment firms.

Together, Able Foods and TLC deliver more than 2,400 meals each week to customers across aged care, NDIS, and broader care economy markets. With a dynamic new phase of growth underway, Able Foods and TLC are poised for further market expansion.

The organisation is currently undertaking a significant program of transformation, including operational integration, refreshed branding, and enhanced sales and marketing capabilities. With a clear focus on building a market-leading presence in the care economy, the Chief Growth Officer role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven leader.

The opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and FPIP’s leadership, the Chief Growth Officer will:
  • Shape and lead Able Foods and TLC’s national sales and partnership strategy across aged care, NDIS, and emerging markets
  • Drive commercial growth through business development, B2B and B2G partnerships, and new revenue streams
  • Build Able Foods and TLC’s reputation as the trusted meal partner to aged care providers, NDIS networks, and allied sectors
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing sales and customer engagement team, fostering a collaborative and performance-focused culture
  • Play a key leadership role within FP Ability and FPIP’s broader care economy portfolio, contributing to long-term strategy and impact

About you
Key skills, essential criteria and desirables:
  • Experienced sales and growth leader with a strong track record in aged care, NDIS, healthcare, or aligned sectors
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, develop partnerships, and lead market expansion
  • Skilled in B2B and B2G sales strategy, business development, and stakeholder engagement
  • Commercially astute, collaborative and outcome-driven, with a passion for impact within the care economy
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing, customer-focused teams

What’s on Offer
A competitive salary and incentive plan will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with skills and experience, with the potential opportunity for future equity participation. You will work closely with a highly engaged, supportive leadership team and gain exposure to FPIP’s broader care economy portfolio.

The role is based across FP Ability’s Surry Hills and Five Dock offices, with flexibility to balance in-office and remote work.

How to Apply
If you are a dynamic, commercially focused sales leader with the drive to define and execute a successful growth strategy, we encourage you to apply.
