The Opportunity
Reporting to the Area Manager and leading a team that includes multiple assistance centre managers, the Centre Manager will:
- Provide hands-on leadership to uplift team capability, morale, and practice
- Drive cultural and operational change to restore quality and compliance standards
- Strengthen educational programming and trauma-informed care across all age groups
- Engage families, staff, and community partners, building trust and confidence through quality practice and care.
You are a values-driven early childhood leader with a proven track record of leading through change and supporting diverse teams.
You’ll bring:
- A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience developing and coaching educators
- Strong working knowledge of the NQF, child protection, and regulatory standards
- Personal attributes of empathy, resilience, and a deep commitment to community impact
- Operational capability across staffing, budgeting, compliance and stakeholder management
