Arusa is a Data Analyst and Team Coordinator at Orchard within our Project & Volume Recruitment practice. Her role goes beyond internal numbers, charts of the company, and looks further into analysing the aged care market here in Australia. As a Team Coordinator Arusa plays a central role in the smooth running of the delivery of Orchard’s clients' recruitment solutions.
Growing up in Bangladesh, Arusa realizes the importance of having an organised care system available for individuals in need which acts as the number one motivation towards her role. Before joining Orchard Talent, Arusa worked in the development sector in Bangladesh supporting marginalised individuals in need for support. She holds a Master in Economics from the University of Sydney.

Simeon is a Senior Candidate Care Consultant within our Advisory Services & Solutions Team. A fresh face to the Human Services sector, Simeon works to coordinate with frontline service staff to ensure the best care experience for end uses-within the Aged Care sector.
