Adam has two decades of executive leadership experience spanning the public and for-purpose sectors, with almost a decade leading public sector agencies focused on protecting and supporting vulnerable Australians. Adam has driven substantial change programs and reforms focused on reshaping organisational strategy and culture, delivering digital transformation and customer-centric service delivery. Adam is an authentic leader with a genuine desire to engage with people and understand what makes an organisation thrive. He is passionate about building strong, capable leadership teams that deliver public value and positive social outcomes. 

 

Adam holds a Master's in Business Administration and Graduate Diploma in Management. Adam undertook an Executive Certificate in Public Policy at Harvard University.
